“Life’s legacy is not what we leave behind. It is the way
we impact lives now. It’s also how those folks will, in turn,
impact the lives of others. I take great pride in being a
Volunteer in the youth justice program at AYSP. I have
experienced personal growth. I have learned new skills and made
new friends. I have also been recognized as someone who has
many applicable volunteer skills that I happily share. I
have a sense of purpose and fulfillment by positively
impacting young lives. Just seeing how one person can
